At SOMA SOMA, we’re building intentional experiences—and we respect your time and ours. This policy covers session bookings, memberships, merchandise, one-time donations, and any future digital offerings.
1. Session Bookings
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session in Eastern Time for a full credit or refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we prepare for a limited group experience.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you, and your session may be forfeited without refund.
No-Shows
If you miss your session without prior notice, we cannot offer a refund or credit.
Weather or Host Cancellations
If SOMA SOMA needs to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Memberships
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
Founding Support Tiers
Founding and pre-launch contributions are non-refundable but may include added benefits or future credits. Your early support means everything to us.
3. Merchandise
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns or Exchanges
Due to the limited, made-with-intention nature of our goods, we do not offer returns for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Pre-Order or Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment unless otherwise requested. For session bookings, you may also opt to receive a credit toward a future event.
6. How to Request a Refund or Make a Change
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at:

Include your name, event or order details, and a brief explanation. We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
If email isn’t accessible to you, we’re happy to arrange another way to communicate. Just let us know.
7. Exceptions
Life happens. We reserve the right to make exceptions in rare or compassionate circumstances. We're real people, and we aim to treat everyone with fairness and respect.
8. One-Time Donations
All one-time donations are considered final and non-refundable, as they directly support the mission and ongoing development of SOMA SOMA.
If a donation was made in error or you believe there was fraudulent activity, please contact us within 7 days at hello@somasomaculture.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
SOMA SOMA is not currently a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are not tax-deductible at this time, but your support helps bring our vision to life.
